thing to share ,,,eh iya nih,mau berbagi sedikit ,last 27th March is my First Annyversary ,,yupp,udah setahun menjalani nya dengan seseorang yang Luar Biasa ,we have a wonderfull journey :) , and guess what at midnite Hubby suprise wife with a very gorgeous cute cake ,,,worried not i do save a picture of it :)

Ok so enough about the occasion so we movin on, jadi sabtu tgl 26 kemarin we went to my Father Dragon Fruit Farm,,oh yes we have a large farm full of dragon fruit,,

incase any of you do not know what is Dragon fruit , i have a picture of how the heck is Dragon Fruit really look like.

Okay so Dragon fruit atau Buah Naga originaly comin from mexico,,,yupp,,,altought many comes from Vietnam and end up in Malaysia,,,,it is originaly from Mexico,,,ya guys rite the land of Soap Opera,,,Maria Marcedes and lots of Jose Fernando,,,hehhe
okay then why it is called Dragon ,its becoz kulit luarnya seperti sisik naga,,,well almost ,,and the colour is Red.
So My father told me that Dragon fruit have 3 colour inside ,white, red and yellow,,,and the best from 3 of these is the red one,,,yupp,,mnurut penelitian ,yg warnanya merah ini rasanya lebih manis dan lebih banyak manfaat dalam segi kesehatan, disebut sebagai buah yg bagus untuk Jantung , Stroke, dan banyak lagi,,so yang merah ini emang agak sedikit lebih mahal daripada yang dua lagi,and fortunetly we grow the red one at the farm,,,yupp
Dragon fruit essentialy did not have a certain flavor when you turn it into a drink,it need another flavor to boost the taste,but when you eat it just like that ,you can really taste the Original Flavor.

So i bring you some of the pic, and kemaren sempetin buatin my own Dragon Juice ,and ada lagi Sup Buah Naga and Es Buah Naga,,and im telling you its all taste Superb!!!,sebenarnya ada Brownies nya cuma ga kefoto,,:(

So for any of you who curios of the taste ,please do come over to my Farm and have zip of the Drgon fruit taste,,,we are at Barelang Jembatan 4,,skalian promosi ,,boleh kan,,heheee,, im sure u gonna love it :) ,,,

Singapore Food

Hi There food Monsters,
so this past week we just heard a tremendous catastrophy at japan for their Tsunami,,, what a terrible lost,,and my deepest condolance for the rising sun country.
well then however life must go on,so does the food nation :) , talking about food me and my hubby went to Singapore Last Sunday , saya sendiri sudah mengenal singapore lets say more than a half of my life, and i must say i love singapore food.
Singapore atau Singapura adalah negara melayu , tetapi didalamnya sendiri orang2 melayu sudah tinggal sekitar 40%nya lagi dan 60% lagi didominasi oleh Pendatang yang terdiri dari cina,India, dan negara2 lain,dan karena keanekaragaman itulah maka terdapat pula keanekaragaman makanan.

Untuk authentic food nya sendiri sih banyak, banyak diantaranya fried oyster, char kwey tiaw, Laksa , Bak Kut Teh, Chicken Rice, and Rojak India, and this is among of many delicacy that is my Fav ^_^
Karena terlalu banyak makanan yang saya sudah coba, singapore its more like my hometown,,,hehe,,,,its probably bcoz,when ur in d neighbourhood u really feel like to eat manythings,just as the feeling i got when i return to Medan, so many good food u like to search.

So i manage to take a pic of our lunch at the place called Food Republic ,located at the 4th floor of ISetan ,Wisma Atria, just around Orchard.Well i must say lunch around orchad could get a lil bit expensive , so there was 3 of us , eating Chinese rice, Laksa , Hainanese Rice and some fried ngoh yang, and im terribly shock for the price of the chinese rice of 10 bucks, i mean what d ??,,, well i must say for a simple chinese dishes ,,kayaknya itu muahal bangett deh,,,anyway enough about the price,, lets move on for the taste,,, well im not become Mrs complain here but rasanya juga not really great,,,ga tau ya ada hubungannya dengan harga or simply bcoz rasanya emank not that great,,,heheheh :p.
Masih ada Laksa ,Hainanese rice and ngoh yang goreng yang rasanya untungnya tidak mengecewakan,,well how can it be dissapointing when i think they are the invented of these food, or otherwise that would be a major disappoinment.

Along the way, i also get my self my all time fav singaporean snack Old Chang Kee,and Takoyaki,,well walaupun sbenarnya takoyaki ini dari jepang ,tapi karena pertama kali ngerasain nya di SG ,jadi udah identik dengan singapore food,,,heheh,,,, so Old Chang kee sebenarnya adalah gorengan ala singapore, ni toko udah lama banget berdiri mereka cuma ngejual hal hal yg berbau gorengan,kyak fish ball, prawn ngoh yang,chiken wing, calamarry,fried prawn,dst,,store mereka sendiri tersebar di jalan2 pusat keramaian and subway di sluruh SG,bisa dibilang gorengan versi elit soalnya price tag nya aj,,satu pincuknya berkisar 0.60 c sampe 1 dollaran,,, tapi rasanya bener2 ga mengecewakan *+*....

well anyway enough of the story,i bring you home some of the picture that i just mention,,,and hoping that u should try it when ur at SG one day, selamat Ngiler Ria ya,,,hehehe,,, :)
